Qualifications:
- 4-5 yrs experience search engine design and implementation
- 3 - 5 yrs. experience with search functions including page ranking, field ranking, wildcards, nesting,quoted expressions
- 3- 5 yrs. experience with query building, Boolean operators, spell check, and indexing
- Multi-platform design experience on Unix and Linux
- Experience with people or product search a big plus
